A real estate initiative with the ambitious goal of recovering and redeveloping a part of the village of “Villair Inferiore” in Courmayeur. Through the demolition, reconstruction and restoration of four historic buildings, 15 apartments of various sizes and an independent villa are proposed. The reconstruction will take place while maintaining the architectural characteristics of the existing buildings, the tradition of wood and local stone with a natural stone roof, applying new construction technologies for energy efficiency for the most complete and contemporary living comfort. The works, started in 2022, will finish by summer 2024. The units proposed are highly customizable based on specific customer needs. Each apartment has a cellar and a parking space directly accessible from the units.
